Can Tyler perform for different grades or do multiple shows in one day?
Yes. The show adjusts to the age of the group, so you can book one all-school assembly or split students into separate performances, such as K-2 and grades 3-5. Multiple shows on the same day work well: the first runs at the regular school rate and additional same-day shows are offered at a reduced rate, since the travel and setup are already covered. Tyler can also build one all-inclusive package that pairs a daytime assembly with an evening family night.
Does the show include an educational message?
The show is entertainment first, but it naturally encourages participation, confidence, creativity, problem solving, kindness, and bringing people together. A short message can also be built around your school's goals or event theme, whether that is reading, positive behavior, testing motivation, teamwork, character education, or celebrating student achievement. It is woven into the show without feeling like another classroom lesson.
What does Tyler need from the school on the day?
Very little. Professional sound is included and setup is fast and self-contained, so no staff need to be pulled away to help. A gym, cafetorium, or auditorium all work, and the show scales from a single class to a full gym. Tyler plans arrival and setup around your bell schedule.
How does a PTO fundraiser magic show work?
The PTO books the show for a flat, agreed-upon fee and keeps everything raised after that fee and any event expenses. Most groups sell family or individual tickets, bring in local sponsors, or pair the show with a raffle or concession table. Tyler provides the entertainment and the promotional materials, and the PTO stays in control of the fundraiser. The show can also run as a free family night when the PTO or a local sponsor covers the performance fee.
Does Tyler carry insurance and school clearances?
Yes. A certificate of liability insurance is available on request. Tyler is also happy to follow your district's visitor policies and complete any required background checks, screenings, or paperwork ahead of the event.
What does a school show cost?
Pricing depends on your school, audience size, and whether you are booking a single assembly, multiple shows, or an assembly plus family night. Additional same-day shows are offered at a reduced rate, and multi-school discounts are available for districts.
